1Combine 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese, 2 oz of reduced fat cream cheese, 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce, 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning, and 1/2 cup of fat free milk in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
2Season 24 oz of chicken breast with garlic salt, smoked paprika, and onion powder until fully coated.
3Air fry the chicken at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
4Add cooked protein pasta to a bowl along with the sauce and mix until fully coated.
