1Combine dry ingredients in mixer bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix with dough hook for 3 mins. Cover bowl and let rise for 1-2 hours.
2Make filling by combining all ingredients in a small saucepan and beating on medium heat-low until everything has melted together and sugar has dissolved. Let cool.
3Dust surface with flour. Roll risen dough out into a large rectangle. Spread filling on the dough and roll it up.
4Cut in half lengthwise. Flip cut side up and twist the two halves. Connect the ends to form a ring.
5Place in parchment-lined 10 inch cake pan and let rise for 1 hour.
6Make simple syrup by heating water and sugar on stovetop on medium heat for about 5 mins. Until thickened.
7Bake at 350 F for 35-45 mins, rotating half way so it bakes evenly.
8After baked brush with syrup. Let cool and enjoy!
