Wet rice paper, dust one side with cornstarch, add filling to the other side and wrap it into a baggy.

Carefully snip off any excess rice paper with a scissor.

Melt your favorite ice cream and add glutinous rice flour.

Heat the mixture in the microwave and once it's cool, smack it around until it's stretchy.

Make the mixture into a disc and fill it with yogurt and ube halaya.
