Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat.

Drain excess fat.

Add the marinara, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Simmer for 5–10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, egg, and 1 cup mozzarella until smooth.

Spread a small layer of meat sauce in the baking dish.

Layer 3 noodles, half the cheese mixture, and one-third of the meat sauce.

Repeat with 3 more noodles, remaining cheese mixture, and another third of the meat sauce.

Add the final 3 noodles, the last of the sauce, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove foil and bake 15–20 minutes more, until bubbly and golden.

Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Garnish with parsley if you like.
