1Grab diced chicken breast, then add onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and soy sauce, then mix it and set it aside.
2Add frozen mixed vegetables followed by eggs and egg whites to a pan on high heat.
3Cook and mix the eggs with the vegetables and then add the white part of the spring onion only, followed by day-old cooked white rice.
4Add soy sauce and mix it together, then take it off the heat and add the green part of the spring onion, followed by a bit of sesame oil and mix it all together one more time.
5Add honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, tomato sauce, rice vinegar in a bowl and mix it all together to make the sauce.
6Cook the chicken on medium to high heat.
7Once it's cooked, add the sauce, followed by cornflour mixed with water to help it thicken.
8Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
9Equally divide the honey garlic chicken with the fried rice.
