1Mix together honey, hot sauce and chilli flakes in a bowl.
2Season chicken mince with garlic granules, onion granules and smoked paprika. Split into four equal balls.
3Flatten chicken balls into patties in a hot pan covered with baking paper using a spatula or burger press. Fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
4Drizzle half of the hot honey over the patties, flip and cook for a further minute before topping two with cheese slices. Place another patty on top and leave in pan off heat to melt.
5Toast the brioche buns.
6Assemble the burgers with lettuce, patties, ranch sauce and remaining hot honey.
