Cranberry Peach Mead
Directions
- 1Boil cranberries in a large pot until soft.
- 2Pour honey into a large bucket.
- 3Add cooked cranberries to the bucket with honey.
- 4Mix the cranberries and honey with a wooden spoon.
- 5Add water to the mixture.
- 6Cover the bucket with an airlock to ferment.
- 7After fermentation, strain the mixture through a mesh bag into a large glass carboy.
- 8Add sliced peaches to the mesh bag.
- 9Mix the peaches into the mixture in the carboy.
- 10Siphon the mead into wine bottles using a siphon tube.
- 11Seal the bottles with bottle caps.
