1Melt half a cup of butter in a pot over medium heat.
2Add two cups of vermicelli and stir to coat with the melted butter.
3Add four tablespoons of sugar and one tablespoon of cinnamon to the vermicelli and stir well. Roast until the vermicelli is golden brown.
4In a separate bowl, whisk together one cup of cream, two cups of water, one can of whipping cream, and four tablespoons of Dolce milk powder until smooth and creamy.
5Pour the creamy mixture over the roasted vermicelli and stir gently. Lower heat and let simmer until the vermicelli is cooked through.
6Add a handful of walnuts and raisins.
7Add pistachios and shredded coconut. Stir to combine and cook for a few minutes.
8Pour the mixture into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pistachios.
