Directions
- 1Cube four sticks of COLD unsalted butter
- 2Add two cups of sugar
- 3Beat together on high for 4-5 mins
- 4Scrape sides and add two COLD eggs
- 5And 5 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
- 6Scrape sides and mix for two mins
- 7900-1000g of flour
- 8One teaspoon of salt
- 9Three teaspoons of cornstarch
- 10mix
- 11Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
- 12Roll dough with 10mm guards on roller
- 13CHILL ROLLED DOUGH then cut desired shapes
- 14Bake at 350 for 13 mins
