1In a large bowl, mix together chicken tenders, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, ground mustard, white pepper, salt, eggs, buttermilk, and hot sauce. Let it sit for 5 hours.
2In a large bag, mix 4 cups of flour and double or triple the seasoning from the previous step.
3Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.
4Fry chicken in 350 degree oil for 7-9 minutes.
5Let the chicken drain on a wire rack.
6In a food processor, blend chipotle peppers in adobo sauce and chicken broth until smooth. Then, drain to remove the seeds.
7In a saucepan, melt butter. Add the chipotle mixture and cook for 2 minutes. Then, add honey and cook until the desired consistency is reached.
8Pour the sauce over the fried chicken tenders.
