First, we will start by making the sauce. Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, water, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds to a small bowl.
Stir the ingredients until well combined. Set the sauce aside while you make the wonton filling.
Add ground pork and beef mix to a bowl.
Add pre-packaged coleslaw, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and chopped green onions to the bowl with the meat.
Mix the wonton filling until well combined.
Cut and separate the wonton wrappers.
Place a wonton wrapper on a cutting board and add a small amount of the filling to it, spreading it evenly but not too thick.
Repeat the previous step with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Brush some oil down on a pan on medium-high heat.
Lay down the wontons, meat side down, on the pan.
Brush some oil on the back of the wontons so they get nice and crispy when you flip them.
After a couple of minutes, flip the wontons.
Fry the wontons until they get nice and crispy.
Serve the wontons with some chili oil and the sauce you made earlier.
Fold them in half like a taco and dip them in the sauce.
