1In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of baking soda, 1 ½ teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika and 2 tablespoons of corn starch.
2Add 1 cup of club soda to the dry mix and whisk until you get a runny batter.
3Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and then into the hot oil (350 Fahrenheit) and fry for 5-6 minutes.
4To make the crumbs, pour some batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
