1Marinate wings with Kewpie mayo, baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Marinate for at least one hour, or overnight.
2In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, gochujang, and minced garlic. Simmer until the sauce has reduced by 1/3.
3In a bowl, combine Kewpie mayo, buttermilk, sour cream, chives, dill, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate.
4Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Air fry wings for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5Increase air fryer temperature to 400°F and air fry for another 5 minutes to crisp the wings.
6Toss the cooked wings in the prepared sauce and garnish with chives.
