1Grab your diced chicken breast and season it with salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix it and set it aside.
2In a blender cup, add low fat cottage cheese, light cream cheese, cheddar cheese, low fat milk and buffalo sauce. Blend for two minutes until smooth and creamy.
3Cook the chicken on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. While the chicken is cooking, start cooking your pasta.
4Once the chicken is cooked and crispy, turn off the heat and add buffalo sauce with honey. Mix it together.
5Mix together the cooked and drained pasta with the creamy cheese sauce.
6Divide the mac and cheese with the honey buffalo chicken into four equal servings.
