Directions
1
Cut up the bacon into little pieces and fry it up in a pan.
2
Season the bacon with Dan-O's Original Seasoning.
3
Add some real flavor to the bacon by flambéing it with a bottle of alcohol.
4
Cook the bacon until it's nice and crispy.
5
Remove about two-thirds of the bacon from the pan and set it aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
6
Remove most of the bacon grease from the pan, leaving some bacon and grease for the next step.
7
Add about half a bag of Panko breadcrumbs to the pan with the remaining bacon and grease.
8
Soak up the bacon grease with the Panko breadcrumbs.
9
Add Dan-O's Original Seasoning and Dan-O's Cheesoning to the Panko mixture.
10
Turn the heat back on and toast the Panko mixture until it's golden brown.
11
Once toasted, transfer the Panko mixture to a bowl and set it aside.
12
Take a whole jar of pickles, set aside two spears for garnish, and dice the rest.
13
Add the diced pickles to a large mixing bowl.
14
Take a bunch of baby dill, set aside a couple sprigs for garnish, and pick the rest off the stems.
15
Chop the picked dill and add it to the bowl with the pickles.
16
Chop a few green onions, set aside a few for garnish, and add the rest to the bowl.
17
Add the reserved cooked bacon to the bowl.
18
Add one pack of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix to the bowl.
19
Add a bunch of Dan-O's Original Seasoning to the bowl.
20
Add two blocks of cream cheese and one pound of sour cream to the bowl.
21
Add a couple scoops of pickle juice to the bowl.
22
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and soft.
23
Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
24
Top the dip with the toasted Panko mixture.
25
Garnish with the reserved pickle spears, dill sprigs, and green onions.
26
Serve with wavy chips.
