1Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2Season steak with favorite seasoning. Heat beef tallow or avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, sear steak for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
3In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in flour to form a paste.
4Whisk in beef broth, heavy cream, and parmesan. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thickened.
5Return steak and pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat.
6Garnish with fresh basil and extra parmesan cheese.
