1Scramble the ground beef with the onions until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
2Add in the taco seasoning, water, refried beans and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
3Stir until the cheese is melted and the beans are incorporated. Set aside.
4Fold the flatbread in half and then in half again. Cut a circle out of it forming 4 small taco shells. Repeat with remaining flatbreads. *save trimmings to make chips or tortilla strips out of.
5Fill each taco shell with some of the taco meat followed by a little bit of shredded cheese.
6Place them into a greased 9x13 baking dish one by one using a glass as a place holder.
7Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
8Remove from oven and add on some shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
