    Take out 60 ounces of lean steak, dice it into small pieces, and season those pieces with garlic salt and some black pepper.

    Add the steak to a pan and cook on high heat until golden brown.

    Add in some light butter and minced garlic for about a minute until the steak is covered.

    Crack about 20 eggs into a bowl and add in some blended cottage cheese before whisking them for extra protein.

    Constantly stir the eggs while your pan is on a low heat.

    Add in some fat free cheese, fresh chives, garlic salt, and give it one more mix until the eggs look creamy.

    Assemble with 1/10 of the eggs, 1/10 of the steak, a drizzle of hot sauce, and fold it into a burrito.

    Wrap the burritos in aluminum foil and throw them in the freezer for up to three months.
