    Pour lukewarm milk into the bowl.

    Add sugar.

    Whisk the ingredients.

    Add all purpose flour, salt and instant yeast.

    Mix to form a dough.

    Add butter and knead for 5 minutes.

    Transfer the dough into a bowl and let rise until size doubles.

    Punch to release gas.

    Divide into 11-12 pieces.

    Mould into round shape and cover for 15 minutes.

    Roll out.

    Cover well to avoid leaking.

    Roll over, repeat process until done.

    Cover to rise for about 1 hour.
