Directions

    Cook diced onion in a frying pan.

    Add extra lean beef mince and cook.

    Add minced garlic cloves.

    Add taco seasoning mix (salt, chilli powder, cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion & garlic powder, oregano).

    Add crushed tomatoes.

  6. 6.

    Add light cheddar cheese and chicken broth.

  7. 7.

    Mix well on low heat.

    Add coriander.

    Add cooked minute rice and cook for 15-20 minutes on low, mixing every few minutes.

    Warm tortillas.

    Distribute the filling evenly across each tortilla, add nacho cheese sauce and coriander. Roll tightly.

    Place light mozzarella on a pan and add the burrito on top to seal until golden brown and crispy.

    Repeat the process for the other 5 burritos.

  • 1 tsp onion & garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp oregano
  • 400 g crushed tomatoes
  • 100 g light cheddar cheese
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 1 handful coriander
  • 600 g minute rice
  • 6 unit tortillas
  • 1 tbsp nacho cheese sauce
  • 20 g light mozzarella
