# Creamy Taco Soup

## Ingredients

- 1 ground hamburger
- 2 sweet onions
- 2 peppers
- 2 packets taco seasoning
- 2 packets ranch seasoning
- 2 cans black beans
- 2 cans Rotel
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1 carton chicken broth

## Instructions

1. Brown ground hamburger.
2. Soften two sweet onions and two peppers.
3. Season with two packets of taco seasoning and two packets of ranch seasoning.
4. Add two cans of drained black beans.
5. Add two cans of Rotel.
6. Add two cans of whole kernel corn (no salt added).
7. Add one carton of chicken broth (beef broth can also be used).
8. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
9. Add cream cheese.
