# Cookie Monster Cookies

These are bright blue cookies with lots of toppings, such as oreos and chips ahoy cookies.

## Ingredients

- 2.25 cups APF
- 1.5 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 0.75 cup granulated sugar
- Oreo
- white chocolate chips
- milk chocolate chips
- Chips Ahoy

## Instructions

1. Whisk the dry ingredients together and set aside in a separate large bowl.
2. Cream together softened butter and cream cheese.
3. Add vanilla extract, blue food coloring, and an egg.
4. Whisk until smooth.
5. Add both of your sugars and whisk again until smooth.
6. Combine your dry ingredients into your wet with a spatula.
7. Add in Oreos, white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips and Chips Ahoy.
8. Chill the cookie dough for at least an hour.
9. Make 5 to 6 oz dough balls.
10. Add Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies on top of your dough balls.
11. Bake on 3:50 for about 15 minutes.
