## Ingredients

- 1 piece dried kombu
- 1 handful bonito flakes
- 1 whole yellow onion
- 1 whole potato
- 1 whole carrot
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 block golden curry roux
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 0.75 cup water
- 2 cup panko breadcrumbs

## Instructions

1. Simmer kombu in a small pot with water, then remove the kombu.
2. Add bonito flakes to the water, strain the broth into a measuring cup, and discard the solids.
3. Dice onion, potato, and carrot into small cubes and mince garlic.
4. Brown ground beef in a large pot, then add the diced onion and cook until softened.
5. Add the diced carrot, potato, and the strained kombu-bonito broth to the pot.
6. Stir in the golden curry roux block and cook until thickened.
7. Combine flour and yeast in a bowl, add water and mix into a dough.
8. Knead the dough on a flat surface, place it in a bowl covered with plastic wrap, and let rise.
9. Divide the dough into balls, roll them out into circles, and fill each with the curry mixture.
10. Seal the edges of the dough to enclose the curry, coat in panko breadcrumbs, and deep-fry in oil until golden brown.
