# Maxibon Casero

This recipe shows how to prepare a homemade version of the popular Maxibon ice cream sandwich.

## Ingredients

- 400 ml nata
- 1 cda azúcar glas
- 1 paquete fideos de chocolate
- 10 galletas cuadradas
- 200 g chocolate para fundir
- 1 cda aceite de coco, oliva o girasol

## Instructions

1. Whip the cold cream with icing sugar.
2. Mix it with chocolate sprinkles.
3. Line a rectangular mold with paper.
4. Place a row of cookies on one side, fill with cream, and place another row of cookies on the same end.
5. Freeze for about 3-4 hours.
6. Cut into portions and dip the part without the cookie into melted chocolate.
7. Let it harden and it's ready.
