# Spinach Queso Dip

## Ingredients

- cheddar cheese, cubed
- cream cheese
- spinach
- minced garlic
- taco seasoning
- Rotel tomatoes
- green chilies
- evaporated milk
- sour cream
- shredded mozzarella cheese

## Instructions

1. Add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, spinach, minced garlic, taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, green chilies, and evaporated milk to a cast iron skillet.
2. Bake the mixture in the oven until melted and bubbly.
3. Stir the mixture well to combine all ingredients.
4. Add sour cream and mix again.
5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
