# Upside Down Hotdog

## Ingredients

- 1 parmesan cheese
- 1 cheddar cheese
- 2 hot dogs
- 2 puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 sesame seeds
- 1 ketchup
- 1 mustard

## Instructions

1. Sprinkle parmesan and cheddar cheese to form a nice crust on a baking sheet.
2. Place hot dogs on top of the cheese.
3. Top with puff pastry.
4. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Bake in a 400-degree oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
6. Add ketchup and mustard on top.
