# Boozy Tiramisu Shots

## Ingredients

- 0.75 pack chocolate pudding mix
- 0.75 cup cold espresso
- 0.25 cup coffee liqueur
- 1.5 oz Baileys
- 0.5 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 0.33 cup mascarpone
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 2 oz amaretto
- 1 cocoa powder

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, whisk together 3/4 pack chocolate pudding mix, 3/4 cup cold espresso, 1/4 cup coffee liqueur, 1 1/2 oz Baileys, and 1/2 cup cold heavy whipping cream.  Make sure everything is cold.
2. Fold in 8 oz Cool Whip. Set aside to chill.
3. In a separate bowl, combine 1/3 cup mascarpone, 8 oz Cool Whip, and 2 oz amaretto.
4. Fill shot glasses with chocolate mixture, then mascarpone mixture using a piping bag.
5. Use a butter knife to smooth the top of each layer for a neat look.
6. Top with cocoa powder.
