# Spooky Marrow Dish

An orange, spooky marrow dish for Halloween with carrots.

## Ingredients

- carrots
- evoo
- Fleur de sal
- shallots
- garlic
- rosemary
- salted butter
- feta
- crème fraîche
- fresh dill
- pink flakey salt
- pink peppercorns

## Instructions

1. Place the carrots on a foil and add olive oil.
2. Add rosemary, sliced shallots, and butter.
3. Roast until slightly soft to touch.
4. Cut the carrot in half, then hollow out the center.
5. Blend the leftover pieces of the carrots with seasoned olive oil and butter, feta, crème fraîche, garlic, and shallots.
6. Brush hollowed out carrots with more of that seasoned butter.
7. Pipe the filling inside of the carrots.
8. Use a culinary torch to give it color.
9. Add fresh dill, pink flakey salt, pink peppercorns, and more of that delicous feta cheese.
