# KFC Popcorn Chicken Casserole

## Ingredients

- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 (15 oz) cans canned corn, drained
- 1.5 lbs frozen popcorn chicken, fully cooked
- 1.5 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 0.5 cup green onions, chopped
- 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese slices
- 1 (12 oz) jar chicken gravy

## Instructions

1. Take some mashed potatoes and place them in an aluminum foil pan. Smooth them down evenly.
2. Add one can of drained golden sweet whole kernel corn onto the mashed potatoes.
3. Add another can of drained golden sweet whole kernel corn onto the mashed potatoes.
4. Take a whole bag of Tyson Popcorn Chicken and pour it over the corn layer. Spread them out evenly.
5. Sprinkle about a cup and a half of Kraft shredded Mexican-style four cheese blend over the popcorn chicken.
6. Add a generous amount of chopped green chives over the cheese.
7. Place six slices of cheddar cheese on top of the casserole.
8. Pour Heinz Homestyle Chicken Gravy over the entire casserole.
9. Bake the casserole in the oven for about 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
