# Dirty Martini Dip

Dirty Martini Dip but make it pretty.

## Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 oz blue cheese
- 4 oz blue cheese
- 2.5 tbsp olive brine
- 1.5 tbsp vodka
- 0.5 tsp white pepper
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
- black pepper
- chips
- 1 jar pitted Castelvetrano olives

## Instructions

1. Add the cream cheese to a food processor.
2. Add blue cheese to the food processor.
3. Add chives to the food processor.
4. Add vodka to the food processor.
5. Add white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and lemon zest to the food processor.
6. Add olive brine to the food processor.
7. Process the mixture until smooth.
8. Stuff the olives with blue cheese.
9. Pipe the dip on a plate.
10. Arrange the olives on the dip.
11. Drizzle with olive oil.
12. Add black pepper.
13. Add chives.

## Tips

- You can omit the blue cheese if it isn’t your thing and do more cream cheese!
- I didn’t really salt my dip because the components are salty but you can add a tiny pinch and adjust.
