# Microwave Mug Cookie

This is a quick and easy microwave mug cookie that can be made in less than 5 minutes.

## Ingredients

- 1 tbsp salted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 heaped tbsp plain flour (heat treated)
- chocolate chips

## Instructions

1. Add softened salted butter to a mug and microwave in 20-second bursts until fully melted.
2. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar to the melted butter and mix until combined.
3. Add an egg yolk and mix until combined.
4. Add heat-treated plain flour and mix until combined to form a dough.
5. Fold in chocolate chips into the dough.
6. Top with more chocolate chips.
7. Microwave on medium (500W) for 40-50 seconds.
