# Chipotle-Style Chicken

This is a delicious and flavorful marinade chipotle chicken that's all done in a blender.

## Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs
- 0.5 large white onion
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 7 oz chipotles in adobo sauce
- 1 whole lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- chopped cilantro

## Instructions

1. Start by removing the fat from your chicken.
2. Add 6 cloves of garlic to a blender.
3. Add half an onion to the blender.
4. Add some cilantro to the blender.
5. Add some oregano to the blender.
6. Add onion powder to the blender.
7. Add garlic powder to the blender.
8. Add some chili powder to the blender.
9. Add salt to the blender.
10. Add Adobo to the blender.
11. Add olive oil to the blender.
12. Add chipotles in adobo sauce to the blender.
13. Squeeze in some lime juice.
14. Blend all the ingredients until thick.
15. Add the chicken to a bowl.
16. Add the marinade on top of the chicken and mix well.
17. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or longer. The chef mentions marinating for 3 days.
18. Get a skillet with some oil on medium heat.
19. Cook the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
20. Let the cooked chicken rest for 5 minutes.
21. Add some cilantro on top for garnish.
22. Chop the chicken into smaller pieces.
