# TORTA DE PLATANO

## Ingredients

- bananas
- 3 huevos
- azúcar
- esencia de vainilla
- aceite
- chocolate
- leche
- harina de trigo
- sal
- mantequilla

## Instructions

1. Pelar las bananas o plátanos y aplastarlas hasta hacerlas puré.
2. En un bol, agregar los huevos y el azúcar y batir.
3. Agregar esencia de vainilla, aceite, chocolate y leche.
4. Batir bien para luego agregar harina de trigo y sal.
5. Seguir batiendo hasta integrar la banana.
6. En un sartén, agregar mantequilla y azúcar para luego hacer una base de banana.
7. Agregar la mezcla, tapar y dejar a fuego bajo por 20 minutos.
8. Servir con chocolate.
