# Peppy Paneer Pasta

## Ingredients

- Oil
- Garlic
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Red bell pepper
- Salt
- Chilli flakes
- Water
- Paneer
- Pizza pasta seasoning
- Boiled pasta
- Milk
- Grated cheese
- Parsley

## Instructions

1. Add oil to a pan and heat it.
2. Add garlic to the hot oil.
3. Add chopped onions to the pan.
4. Sauté the onions until translucent.
5. Add chopped tomatoes and red bell pepper to the pan.
6. Add salt to the vegetables.
7. Add chilli flakes to the vegetables.
8. Add water to the pan.
9. Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the vegetables are soft.
10. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender.
11. Add paneer to the blender.
12. Blend until a smooth paste is formed.
13. Pour the blended sauce back into the pan.
14. Add pizza pasta seasoning to the sauce.
15. Add boiled pasta to the sauce.
16. Mix well to coat the pasta with the sauce.
17. Add milk to the pasta.
18. Mix thoroughly until creamy.
19. Serve the pasta in a lunchbox.
20. Garnish with grated cheese.
21. Sprinkle with parsley.
