## Ingredients

- bananas
- lemon juice
- brown sugar
- water
- puff pastry
- egg
- banana puree
- blueberries
- milk chocolate
- pastry
- egg

## Instructions

1. Mash the bananas into a puree.
2. Simmer in a pan with lemon juice, brown sugar and water.
3. Prepare the egg carton and line it with puff pastry.
4. Make indentations using an egg.
5. Fill all the indentations with banana puree and blueberries.
6. Add milk chocolate and cover the filling with pastry.
7. Invert the pie onto the baking tray and trim the edges.
8. Brush with egg and bake for 30 minutes.
