## Ingredients

- 3 tablets aspirin free Alkaseltzer tablets
- 2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar
- 6 ounces cheese
- water

## Instructions

1. Take 3 aspirin-free Alkaseltzer tablets and place them in a glass.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of white distilled vinegar to the tablets.
3. Let the mixture react until the fizzing stops.
4. Grate 6 ounces of your desired cheese.
5. Pour the Alkaseltzer mixture into a pan.
6. Add the grated cheese to the pan with the mixture.
7. Heat over low heat, stirring until completely melted.
8. Thin the cheese sauce to your desired consistency with a little bit of water.
9. Serve the cheese sauce with nachos and enjoy.
