# Sheet Pan Pizza

## Ingredients

- olive oil
- dough
- ricotta
- parsley
- basil
- garlic
- lemon zest
- salt
- pepper
- whole milk mozzarella cheese
- asparagus
- pecorino romano cheese
- scallions
- hot honey
- red pepper flakes

## Instructions

1. Brush a sheet pan with olive oil.
2. Drizzle more olive oil over the pan.
3. Take the dough out of the fridge.
4. Stretch the dough out as far as you can on the pan.
5. Cover the dough with oil and plastic wrap and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
6. Chop the parsley.
7. Chop the basil.
8. Add ricotta to a bowl.
9. Add chopped parsley and basil to the bowl.
10. Grate garlic into the bowl.
11. Zest a lemon into the bowl.
12. Season with salt and pepper.
13. Mix the ricotta mixture.
14. Shred whole milk mozzarella cheese.
15. Thinly slice asparagus into coins.
16. Stretch the dough to the ends of the pan.
17. Top the pizza with the ricotta mixture.
18. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly.
19. Add mozzarella cheese over the ricotta mixture.
20. Add pecorino romano cheese.
21. Add the sliced asparagus.
22. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus.
23. Place the sheet pan in the oven to bake.
24. Place scallions in a cast iron pan.
25. Drizzle olive oil over the scallions and char them.
26. Cut the charred scallions.
27. Remove the pizza from the oven.
28. Top the pizza with the charred scallions.
29. Drizzle hot honey over the pizza.
30. Remove the pizza from the sheet pan and place it on a cooling rack.
31. Squeeze lemon juice on the pizza.
32. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on the pizza.
