# Viral Date Bark

A recipe for date bark, a sweet treat made with dates, peanut butter, chocolate and flaky salt.

## Ingredients

- 1 container medjool dates
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 cup melted chocolate
- 1 pinch flaky salt

## Instructions

1. Open up the dates, remove the pits, spread them out on a piece of parchment.
2. Date bark is definitely best when the dates are super thin, roll the dates with a rolling pin.
3. Pour on the peanut butter and spread an even layer.
4. Top it with some chopped peanuts.
5. Pour on the melted chocolate.
6. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
7. Pop it in the freezer just until it's set.
8. Cut into pieces.
