## Ingredients

- 5 1/2 Biga al latte
- 5 1/2 tangzhong
- 30 % chocolate fondente
- 1 eggs
- 1 flour

## Instructions

1. Prepare the biga al latte and tangzhong.
2. Combine the biga and tangzhong in a mixing bowl.
3. Add chocolate chips to the dough.
4. Mix all ingredients (including eggs and flour) in a mixer.
5. Shape the dough into small rolls.
6. Place rolls on a baking sheet.
