## Ingredients

- 1 package udon noodles
- 1 package kebab meat
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- salt
- black pepper
- smoked pimentón de la vera
- heavy cream
- pasta cooking water

## Instructions

1. Boil the udon noodles for 2 minutes.
2. Sauté the kebab meat in a pan over high heat.
3. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked pimentón de la vera to the pan.
4. Add a splash of cream and some cooking water to create a sauce.
5. Drain the noodles, add them to the pan, and toss with the sauce.
