# Pomegranate Chutney

## Ingredients

- 2 medium pomegranate arils
- 7-8 clove
- 1.5 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp cumin seed
- 7-8 amsul, soaked in hot water for about an hour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- salt (optional)
- black pepper (optional)
- chaat masala (optional)

## Instructions

1. Combine pomegranate arils, cloves, grated ginger, cumin seeds, soaked amsul (with some soaking water), sugar, and salt in a mixer jar.
2. Blitz until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more sugar, salt, ginger, or amsul soaking water if desired.

## Tips

- Ideally use ruby red pomegranate arils with small seeds.
- Khandsari sugar is recommended, but regular sugar works fine.
- You can add black pepper and a touch of chaat masala for a more chatpata flavor.
