# Easy Chicken and Egg Recipe

## Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 egg yolks
- 0.5 spoonful salt
- 0.5 spoonful black pepper
- 0.5 spoonful sweet paprika
- to taste parsley
- 1 spoonful mayonnaise
- 150 grams grated cheese
- 5 tablespoons wheat flour
- olive oil

## Instructions

1. Cut two chicken breasts into strips.
2. Then cut the strips into cubes.
3. Add the cubed chicken breast to a large bowl.
4. Add the yolk of three eggs to the bowl with the chicken.
5. Add half a spoonful of salt.
6. Add half a spoonful of black pepper.
7. Add half a spoonful of sweet paprika.
8. Mix everything very well until combined.
9. Add parsley to taste.
10. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise.
11. Mix everything very well again until combined.
12. Add 150 grams of grated cheese.
13. Mix everything well again until combined.
14. Add five tablespoons of wheat flour.
15. Mix everything well again until integrated.
16. Set the chicken mixture aside.
17. In a frying pan, add a little olive oil with the help of a brush, spreading everything very well.
18. Once the oil is hot, add spoonfuls of the chicken mixture to the pan.
19. Let it fry on one side and then turn it over to fry on the other side until golden.
20. After frying both sides, remove and place on a plate.
21. Serve and enjoy.
