# Grilled Sausage Tacos

Grilled sausage tacos are cooked on the grill with tortillas, cheese, and vegetables.

## Ingredients

- cheese
- sausage
- tortillas
- peppers

- Dan-O's seasoning
- ketchup

## Instructions

1. Put cheese on a tortilla.
2. Add a ball of sausage on top of the cheese.
3. Press the sausage and cheese into the tortilla.
4. Cook peppers and onions in a pan.
5. Place tortillas with sausage on the grill.
6. Cook the sausage to an internal temperature of 160°.
7. Flip and brown the back.
8. Slide them into taco trays.
9. Add peppers and onions to the tacos.
10. Add ketchup.
