## Ingredients

- 1 aceite de oliva virgen extra
- 2 dientes de ajo
- 4 yemas
- 1 pecorino
- 1 sal
- 1 pimienta
- 1 pan

## Instructions

1. Llena un recipiente apto para el horno con aceite de oliva virgen extra.
2. Añade un par de dientes de ajo.
3. Añade las yemas.
4. Mete el recipiente en el horno a 80 grados durante 45 minutos.
5. Cuando las saques, las verás muy blanditas.
6. Cuela el aceite (se puede reutilizar).
7. Unta las yemas en pan.
8. Agrega pecorino, sal y pimienta.
