# Biscoff banana bread

## Ingredients

- 5 cube butter
- 3 whole banana
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup flour

- Biscoff spread, melted
- Biscoff cookie, crumbled

## Instructions

1. Melt butter in a saucepan on the stove until browned.
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
3. Add brown sugar, white sugar, and sour cream to the mashed bananas.
4. Whisk the mixture until combined.
5. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
6. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
7. Scoop half the batter into a lined loaf pan.
8. Add dollops of Biscoff spread and swirl with a skewer.
9. Top with remaining batter, add more Biscoff spread, and swirl again.
