## Ingredients

- 2 bell peppers
- 1 poblano peppers
- 1 package ground sirloin
- 1 packet Au jus gravy
- 1 cup water
- 6 street corn tortillas
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1 container queso blanco

## Instructions

1. Chop bell peppers and poblano peppers.
2. Add chopped peppers to an oiled skillet.
3. Brown ground sirloin with the peppers.
4. Add packet Au jus gravy.
5. Add water and mix well.
6. Warm tortillas.
7. Add provolone cheese to each tortilla.
8. Add meat mixture and queso to each tortilla.
9. Fold the tortillas in half.
10. Place tacos on a buttered skillet and cook until golden brown.
