# Cake Citron Pavot

## Ingredients

- 1 zest of lemon
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 pot yogurt
- 1 pot oil
- 2 spoons poppy seeds
- 150 g flour
- 1 sachet baking powder

## Instructions

1. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
2. Spread the batter evenly in the pan using a spatula.
3. Place the lemon slices on top of the batter.
4. Bake the cake in the preheated oven.
5. Grate lemon zest on top of sugar.
6. Mix sugar and lemon zest with your hands.
7. Add eggs.
8. Mix using a hand mixer.
9. Add yogurt.
10. Add oil.
11. Add poppy seeds.
12. Add flour and baking powder.
13. Mix using a whisk.
14. Mix the batter until you get a smooth consistency.
