## Ingredients

- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 500 g beef mince
- 2 cloves garlic
- 14 slices red onion
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

## Instructions

1. Add self raising flour and Greek yoghurt to a bowl and combine until a bouncy dough forms.
2. Make your filling by combining beef mince with a handful of aromatics and sauces.
3. I'm using chives here but you can use lemongrass and basil for example for a fresh and herby option.
4. Once the filling is combined, simply flour your surface, then slice the dough into four, roll out the wrappers and place a spoonful of the filling into the center.
5. Wrap up around the filling and seal.
6. Place all of your dumplings into a steamer and then optionally fry in a pan until you've got a crispy bottom.
