# Instant Pot Butter Chicken

## Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 0.5 Shan Butter Chicken masala packet
- 3 heaping tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 0 kasoori methi

## Instructions

1. Put instant pot on Saute mode on HIGH and add oil, allow to heat up
2. Add chicken and saute for one minute
3. Add 1/2 of one shan butter chicken masala packet
4. Add tomato paste and saute for 1 min
5. Add heavy cream and stir
6. Add lid and switch instant pot to pressure cook (manual on some models) mode on HIGH for 10 minutes
7. Quick release the pressure
8. Top with kasoori methi
