## Ingredients

- tomato
- onion
- jalapeño
- garlic
- 1 can beer
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- pasta
- pancetta
- basil

## Instructions

1. Roughly chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and garlic.
2. Sauté the chopped vegetables in a pan with olive oil over high heat.
3. Add a full can of Modelo beer to the pan and let it reduce almost entirely.
4. Transfer the cooked vegetables and reduced beer to a blender and blend until smooth.
5. Pour the blended sauce back into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer.
6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
7. Add crispy pancetta and fresh basil to the pasta, then serve.
